Conflict Mineral Statement

SK Express condemns the use and proliferation of all conflict minerals. The use of tantalum, tin, tungsten, and gold (3TG) derived from sources in and around the eastern regions of the Democratic Republic of the Congo only serves to further the human rights violations being perpetrated by various rebel groups in these areas. SK Express does not knowingly use conflict mineral, and is further committed to taking all reasonable steps to ensure a supply chain free of any substance derived at the cost of human rights violations.
